How long will my pet take?

We can offer an estimated time for pick up on drop off, but based on pet behavior and coat condition, our time estimations may not always be accurate. To provide a more accurate time, we will notify 10-20 minutes before your pet is ready.

What if I don't like my pet's appearance?

We understand that sometimes there is something you would like to tweak when you come in to pick up your pet. We recommend giving your pet a thourough look-over when picking them up. If there is anything you notice, we we will do our best to fix it on the spot!

What if I cannot pick up my Pet on time?

All pets are required to be picked as soon as possible after our 15 minute notification. If for some reason there is a delay, we will charge a $25 holding fee for 1 hour and a $50 holding fee for two or more hours.

I want to change my pet's appearance, but I already brought them home. What now?

Sometimes we don't always notice the things we want changed on pick up. If you would like to bring your pet back for a change, we offer a minimal fee of $30-80. Price is subject to change based on pet size.

Do you offer services for Cats?

How can I find Directors cut grooming?

Our address is 209 Roanoke Street Suite 1A Christiansburg, VA 24073. Keep an eye out for the pink sign in the window!If you are having difficulties finding our building, please give us a call at (540)527-6863.

What if I cannot make my appointment time?

We understand that sometimes our schedules can change on a whim.

Reschedules are completely free as long as they are made before the appointment time.

If you would like to cancel, we ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before the appointment time. We charge a $25 no-show fee if you do not call before your appointment.

Pets that arrive 30 minutes or more after their appointment time will inquire a $10 late fee.

What do you mean by a Fear-Free grooming experience?

At Director's Cut Grooming, our priority is providing a comfortable, premium grooming experience. We do not use muzzles or physical restraints when grooming your pet, regardless of behavior. For pets who experience higher stress levels during grooming, we have two or three groomer's attend to your pet to ensure their safety and comfort throughout the whole experience.

For pets who have an extreme aggressive reaction to stress, we may have to ask that the pet be taken home instead of continuing their groom.
